		<description>Its True IVR is sometimes or  most of the times necessary but &lt;strong&gt;just hear the initial part of it&lt;/strong&gt; it is all their service promotion ads.. and unwanted messages..  i&#039;m not calling customer service to hear about my account balance but for some other matter.. holding up 2 minutes is more i&#039;ve recorded only initial 2 minutes and IVR just got to the First Menu in &lt;strong&gt;2 minutes&lt;/strong&gt;.. how dirty you call that service..  And the way they tell your account balance oh boy the dirtiest ever ..   
as i&#039;ve already mentioned in the post 30 sec is a fair time . but waiting for 2 minutes for the first option is just CRAP ..</description>
